Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
- Some vegetable!
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
Instructions
Process
- Preheat the oven to 450F
- Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil (optional, makes cleanup a breeze)
- Cut up the vegetables and spread shem across the cookie sheet
- Spray with olive oil (if you don't have a spray bottle, you can toss the vegetables in oil before putting them on the sheet)
- Season with salt and pepper
For some vegetables like asparagus, chili powder and cumin are great additional seasonings.
