Breakfast Burritos
Ingredients
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb sausage
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 24 tortillas
Instructions
- Cook sausage and green pepper, breaking up the sausage into small bits.
- Add eggs and scramble them.
- Add salsa.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Spoon into tortillas and top with cheese.
