Three Cup Chicken

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and peppers. Stir fry for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add chicken and cook until it's white in color
  4. Add soy sauce, rice wine, and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Bring to a boil and then simmer uncovered for 30 minutes
  6. Turn the heat back to high and add thai basil and green onions. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Enjoy over some rice!
