Roasted Vegetables

Process

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F
  2. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil (optional, makes cleanup a breeze)
  3. Cut up the vegetables and spread shem across the cookie sheet
  4. Spray with olive oil (if you don't have a spray bottle, you can toss the vegetables in oil before putting them on the sheet)
  5. Season with salt and pepper

For some vegetables like asparagus, chili powder and cumin are great additional seasonings.
