Enchiladas

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Brown the beef, drain fat
  3. Stir in 3/4 cup enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese into the beef, mix
  4. Spoon beef mixture into tortillas and roll them, placing them seam down in a baking dish
  5. Cover with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese
  6. Bake 15 to 20 minutes
