Enchiladas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 19 oz. red enchilada sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded cheese
- 6-10 flour tortillas depending on size
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Brown the beef, drain fat
- Stir in 3/4 cup enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese into the beef, mix
- Spoon beef mixture into tortillas and roll them, placing them seam down in a baking dish
- Cover with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes
