Chili Mac
- 3lb ground beef
- 1lb elbow macaroni
- 2.5 lb onion, diced
- 3 gloves garlic, minced
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 3 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 28 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 30 oz pinto beans, drained
- 6 cups water
- Brown the ground beef with the onions and garlic
- Add the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Add the tomatoes, beans, and water
- Add the macaroni and bring to a boil
- Simmer for 15 minutes
