Chili
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 5 tbs chili powder
- 4 tbs cumin
- 4 tbs sugar
- 4 tbs tomato paste
- 2 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 cups beef broth
- 30 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 30 oz canned pinto beans, drained
- 16 oz tomato sauce
- Cook the onions and garlic in the oil for a couple minutes
- Add the beef and brown it
- Add the chili powder, cumin, sugar, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Add the beef broth, tomatoes, beans, and tomato sauce
- Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 25 minutes
