Broccoli Cheese Soup
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 32 oz. Velveeta
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 lb frozen broccoli
- Cook the onions until translucent
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil
- Add Velveeta and reduce to medium heat
- Break Velveeta into chunks and stir until fully melted into the soup
- Add salt/pepper to taste
- Add frozen broccoli and bring back up to serving heat
